1 head cauliflower
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ c olive oil
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp chili powder
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Line parchment paper onto a cookie sheet.
Rinse the cauliflower with water, then slice it into pieces. Add them to a large mixing bowl.
Wash the cauliflower to remove any dirt, then slice it into small cuts. Add them to a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil and the seasonings on top of the cauliflower florets, then toss everything until well combined.
Transfer the coated cauliflower florets onto the prepared cookie sheet and spread them evenly.
Place the cookie sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cauliflower florets for 30 minutes or until they become crispy and golden brown. Make sure to stir twice during the 30 minutes cooking time.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper to season if needed.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge. They can last up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
You can add Italian seasoning or chili powder if you wish.
I highly suggest you line the cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Also, frozen cauliflower florets work perfectly fine for this recipe.
