Ingredients:
2 15-ounce cans of green beans, drained
1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
1 c onions, chopped
⅛ c vegetable oil
2 pounds of baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ c water
1½ pound sausage, kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼-inch thick
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ c butter
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Rinse the creamer potatoes with water to remove any dirt. Slice each creamer potato into two.
Put the potato slices inside a resealable bag together with the seasonings, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oil. Seal the bag, then shake it until the potatoes are well coated.
Place a large frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add water and sausage, then cook for a few minutes until the sausage turns brown and the water is gone.
Transfer the sausage onto a clean plate and allow it to cool completely. Add the sausage inside the bag with the potatoes.
In the same empty pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the garlic and onions, then saute for a few minutes until aromatic and soft. Remove from the heat and allow the veggies to cool. Put them inside the bag with the potatoes and sausage.
Add the green beans inside the bag, then seal it. Shake the bag again until everything is well combined.
Empty the bag into the greased baking dish and spread them evenly.
Cover with foil, then place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Remove from the oven.
