How to make Oven Baked Pork Chop
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, place the sauce ingredients and mix well until combined.
Step 3: If using pork chops, put the pork chops in a baking dish. On top, pour half of the sauce. Tent with foil and place in the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes. Drain the liquid from the pan after 30 minutes. Over the chops, pour the rest of the sauce and continue baking for another 30 minutes, uncovered. To get both sides of the chops evenly browned, turn the chops once during the last 30 minutes of baking.
Step 4: If using Spare Ribs, prepare the oven and preheat it to 425 degrees. In a baking dish, place the spare ribs. Then, double the recipe for the sauce. Over the spared ribs, pour half of the sauce. Tent the ribs with foil and bake for about 1 hour, covered until tender. After an hour, drain the liquid from the pan. Over the spare ribs, pour half of the sauce and continue baking for another 30 minutes, uncovered.
Note:
If making 2 pork chops, prep this recipe as is. Or double the recipe to make 4 chops. Or triple the recipe to make 6 chops.
