I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more to it. Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
(2) large baking potatoes, cut into strips just like regular fries.
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese from shaker
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Slice the potatoes into small pieces, then place them into a large bowl with cold water. Soak them for about 30 minutes.
Remove the potato slices from the cold water, then use paper towels to pat them dry.
Place the potato slices inside a plastic container.
Add all the dry ingredients and toss until the potato slices are well coated.
Drizzle olive oil on top and toss again until well coated.
Transfer the potato slices onto a baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
Place the potato slices inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
Note:
To Make Potato Wedges:
Slice the potatoes into wedges. The same process applies when baking them.
