Ingredients:
½ tsp of seasoned salt
Paprika for sprinkling
⅓ c of skim milk
1 package of Monetary jack cheese
4 tbsp of unsalted butter
2 large Eggs
2 cans of evaporated milk
2 packages of extra sharp cheddar cheese
Coarse salt
3 c of Elbow Macaroni
Freshly grounded pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add about 4 tbsp of butter into a baking dish and spread it evenly, making sure to coat the bottom and sides of it.
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the macaroni and a bit of salt into the pot, then cook for a few minutes until firm to bite. Drain and transfer them into a different pot.
Add butter over the cooked macaroni, then toss until completely coated.
In a mixing bowl, add evaporated milk, skimmed milk, and eggs. Whisk everything until well blended. Stir in ½ tsp seasoned salt, salt, and garlic powder to season.
In another bowl, add all the cheeses and whisk until well incorporated.
Scatter ½ of the macaroni into the prepared baking dish, then top them with about ½ of the cheese. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers.
Top everything with milk and paprika.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the mac and cheese for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
