These will be the most tender ribs you will ever eat! The BBQ sauce that coats these ribs is insanely delicious! 3 hours of cooking time is so worth it once you get a bite of these Fall Off the Bone Ribs! Dinner will be awesome again if you only give this recipe a try. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 rack baby back ribs membrane removed
Dry Rub:
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons coarse salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
BBQ Sauce:
2-3 tablespoons of honey
Parsley
½ c brown sugar BBQ sauce
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.
Cover a large baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminium foil.
Place the ribs onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer. Make sure to leave a small space between each rib.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dry rub. Whisk everything until well incorporated.
Sprinkle the dry rub over the ribs, then rub each until well coated.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the ribs for about 3 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven.
In a mixing bowl, add honey and BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended.
Put the ribs back in the oven on the lowest rack. Broil them for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and brush each rib with more BBQ sauce. Let them rest for a few minutes to incorporate all the flavors.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
