In just 15 minutes, these Boneless Pork Chops are ready to satisfy all your cravings today! This is by far the best pork chop recipe I have ever tried. You should try it too!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt
1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing
Ground black pepper
15 ounces (430 g) center-cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
Honey Sauce:
3 dashes of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp warm water
2 ½ tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper over the pork chops, then rub each until all sides are well coated.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the Honey Garlic Sauce. Whisk everything until well blended.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and vegetable oil. Wait to become hot. Swirl around the skillet to cover.
Add the seasoned pork chops, then sear each side for about 3 to 4 minutes or until they turn brown.
Move the pork chops to one side of the skillet, then add butter in the middle and allow it to melt.
Add garlic into the skillet, then sauté for about a minute or until aromatic.
Turn the heat down to medium, then pour in the Honey Garlic Sauce. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to get the browned bits and stir everything until well blended.
Simmer everything for a few minutes until the texture of the sauce becomes thick. Spoon the delicious sauce on top of the pork chops.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Serve with rice or some veggies on the side.
