Ingredients:
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 kg chicken thighs and legs with skin and bone-in
¾ c BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Line with foil a baking tray.
Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken legs.
Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, then stir until well mixed.
Lay the chicken legs onto the prepared baking tray and make sure to leave a small space between each chicken.
Sprinkle the mixed seasoning over the chicken legs and rub each until well coated.
Place the baking tray inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 20 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven, then turn the heat up to about 425 degrees F.
Brush all sides of each chicken with barbecue sauce, then put them back inside the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush each with barbecue sauce again.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to broil for about 2 minutes to char each chicken.
