Ingredients:
⅔ c brown sugar
1 c strawberries sliced
2 c 2% milk
12-14 c French bread
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 tablespoon powdered sugar
8 large Eggs
maple syrup as much as you want!
½ c blueberries
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch casserole.
Slice the French bread into small pieces.
Scatter the bread slices into the prepared casserole.
Add milk, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into the casserole over the bread slices and spread it evenly.
Scatter the blueberries and strawberries over the milk mixture layer.
Cover it with saran wrap, then place it inside the fridge to chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place the casserole inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 50 minutes or until done. Make sure to check from time to time.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
