Ingredients:
3 lbs. kielbasa
1 c brown sugar
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained well
12 oz. beer
Directions:
Place a saucepan on the stove, then add the brown sugar and beer. Stir until well blended.
Turn the heat to medium and simmer for a few minutes until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.
Slice the kielbasa into small pieces.
Scatter the kielbasa pieces to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Scatter the sauerkraut over the kielbasa. Make sure that they are fully covered.
Pour the beer-sugar mixture over and spread it evenly.
Cover the slow cooker, then cook everything for about 4 hours on a high setting or 8 hours on a low setting.
Serve right away with buns and enjoy!
