Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 c onion(150 g), diced
1 pound ground beef(455 g)
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
⅓ c shredded cheddar cheese(35 g)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 sheets pie dough

Directions:
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the onions and saute until soft.
Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until crumbly and brown.
Remove from the skillet onto a large mixing bowl.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add ketchup, mustard, 1 tsp of salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
Unroll the pie crust, then slice it into four even cuts.
Spoon the mixture among the four dough slices. Put it on one side, then fold it into a triangle shape. Repeat the process to the rest.
Seal the sides by crimping them with a fork.
Arrange the empanadas onto a baking sheet, then brush each top with egg wash and top each with sesame seeds.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature for at least 5 minutes.
