Ingredients:
FOR SHRIMP:
2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 large Eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish
FOR BANG BANG SAUCE:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon honey
Kosher salt
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a large baking sheet.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the bread crumbs, garlic powder, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: In a separate mixing bowl, add the eggs and whisk until creamy.
Step 5: In another mixing bowl, add the flour.
Step 6: Dip each shrimp into the flour, then into the egg, into the panko mixture.
Step 7: Place each coated shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8: Repeat steps 6 and 7 to the rest of the shrimp.
Step 9: Place the shrimp inside the preheated oven and bake for about 13 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden.
Step 10: Remove from the oven.
To Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
Step 1: Add the mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chilli sauce, honey, lime juice, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2: Drizzle the sauce on top of the shrimp ad sprinkle cilantro as well.
Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
