These Balsamic Steak Kabobs are marinated to perfection in BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard! The taste of steak and tomatoes complement very well with each other to make these heavenly treats! After marinating for at least 3 hours, these kabobs are ready in just 20 minutes! Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Soak the wooden skewers for 20 minutes in water.
Add BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, and balsamic vinegar into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Set aside about ¼ cup for later use.
Add the steak into the bowl with the remaining marinade, then toss until well coated. Marinate the steak for about 3 hours.
Alternately thread the marinated steak and tomatoes with the skewers.
Brush the grill with a bit of cooking oil.
Put the skewers over the grill, then cook for about 8 to 9 minutes or until done. Make sure to flip the kebabs over to evenly cook all sides. Also, make sure to baste the kebabs with the reserved marinade during the grilling time.
Transfer the kebabs onto a clean serving plate.

Notes:
Feel free to use porterhouse steak, tenderloin, or ribeye steak for this recipe.
Make sure to slice the steak into 1-inch cubes.
Also, do not overcook the steak.
You can exchange tomatoes for onions, mushrooms, squash, pepper, or zucchini.
