Ingredients:
4 Skinless Salmon Fillets about 6 oz each
1 Green Onion sliced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Teriyaki Sauce:
⅓ c Low-sodium soy sauce
¼ c Fresh orange juice
2-3 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Honey
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or to taste
½ Lemon juiced
½ tablespoon Gluten-free flour
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a small mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3: Apply non-stick cooking spray in a baking dish.
Step 4: Place the salmon into the prepared baking dish.
Step 5: Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and spread it evenly.
Step 6: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
Step 7: Remove from the heat and spoon on a clean serving plate. Pour the sauce on top.
Step 8: Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
