I have tried a lot of spaghetti recipes but this one surely is my favourite! My only advice to you if you are going to try this is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! By the way, be very mindful of the baking process. We don’t want a burnt cheese, right? Just enough so the flavours are still there! Have a beautiful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti
1 jar(s) prepared spaghetti sauce (24 ounces)
1 lb ground beef, lean
½ c diced green pepper
½ c diced onions
½ c grated carrots
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese
½ c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Place a large pot with salted water on the stove over high heat, then bring it to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook until firm to bite. This will take about 8 minutes. Drain and put them into a mixing bowl.
Add cream cheese into the pasta and toss until well coated.
Brown the ground beef into a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions, green peppers, garlic, and grated carrots. Saute until soft and aromatic.
Season with Italian seasoning.
Put the cooked pasta and toss until well mixed.
Spray with cooking spray a Pyrex 9×13-inch baking dish.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Top it with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
Bake inside the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Serve and enjoy!
