Nothing beats a delicious chicken dish! These Baked Chicken Legs are superb! They are not only delicious but very easy to cook as well! All you need are these very basic ingredients and you are good to go! You just let the oven do all the magic! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks about 2 pounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Line with aluminium foil and apply cooking spray on a baking sheet.
Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
Put the drumsticks inside a resealable bag, then add oil. Sake the bag until the chicken drumsticks are well coated with the oil.
Add all the seasonings into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Transfer the seasonings inside the bag with the drumsticks. Shake the bag again until the drumsticks are well coated.
Arrange the drumsticks onto the prepared baking sheet.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken drumsticks for about 45 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 4 days.
