Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks about 2 lb.
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings
1 teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with aluminium foil on a baking sheet, then apply cooking spray on it.
Step 3: Use paper towels to pat dry the drumsticks.
Step 4: Place the drumsticks and oil in a ziplock bag. Toss until the chicken pieces are well coated.
Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the seasonings. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Add the mixed seasonings into the bag and toss until well coated.
Step 7: Arrange the seasoned drumsticks onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the temperature reaches 165 F degrees and up.
Step 9: Remove from the oven.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to cook the chicken further if it still bloody.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container and put it inside the fridge. It can last up to 4 days.
These chicken drumsticks are delicious warm or cold.
You can also use them for sandwiches.
