Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Rub:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
4 tsp brown sugar
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Drizzle olive oil all over the chicken breasts then rubs each until well coated.
In a mixing bowl, add the rub mixture (garlic powder, black pepper, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and onion powder). Whisk everything until well blended.
Sprinkle the mixture all over the chicken breasts, then toss until well coated.
Lay the coated chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and leave a small space between each chicken.
Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken breasts for about 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken over and bake the other sides for 10 more minutes or until done.
Remove the chicken breasts from the oven, then cover them with something. Allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
