Nothing can beat those things! I have listed all the things you will be needing so you just need to follow them step by step and you are good to go! It is ready for serving in just 35 minutes. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 c Caesar-salad dressing
1 ½ c parmesan cheese, grated
4 chicken breasts-boneless, skinless
½ c sour cream optional
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to an 8×11-inch baking dish.
Wrap each chicken with plastic, then use a meat tenderizer to gently pound it into about 1-inch thick.
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper, then rub each until well coated on all sides.
Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish and arrange them in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and Caesar dressing. Stir until well blended.
Pour the dressing mixture on top of each chicken breast and spread it evenly. Make sure to cover it well.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 30 minutes. Broil for 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Remove the chicken from the oven and allow them to rest for at least 10 minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors.
You can garnish the chicken with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, and don’t forget to spoon the delicious sauce over!
