Ingredients:
1 ½ c parmesan-cheese grated
4 chicken breasts-boneless skinless
½ c sour-cream optional
1 c Caesar-salad dressing
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in an 8×13-inch baking dish.
Use a meat mallet to gently pound each chicken breast into 1-inch thick.
Rub each breast with Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper.
Arrange the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and Caesar dressing. Whisk until well mixed.
Pour the mixture on top of the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle more grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour.
Broil for another 4 minutes or until the chicken breasts become golden brown.
Remove the Baked Caesar Chicken from the oven and allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
Serve and enjoy!
