These amazing Bacon-Wrapped Pickles had been the highlight of my day! It is so simple to make. I have listed all the steps so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
8 spears pickle spears
2 ounces cream cheese, chilled
8 slices bacon
¼ cup ranch dressing
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Step 3: Pat dry the pickles with paper towels making sure that you remove most of the water.
Step 4: Cut the cream cheese slice into 8 strips. Fill each picked with the cream cheese strip and bacon. Insert a toothpick on the ends of each Bacon-Wrapped Pickles.
Step 5: Place Bacon-Wrapped Pickles on the greased baking sheet.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the bacon is toasted.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Step 8: Serve with your favorite ranch dressing and enjoy!
