Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 slices of Wright Applewood bacon
1.15 pounds Package of Tyson chicken tenders usually 8 strips
Salt
Fresh cracked pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add Dijon mustard, maple syrup, pepper, and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.
Add the chicken strips into the bowl with the syrup mixture, then toss until well coated.
Wrap each chicken strip with bacon. Put them into the hot skillet and season with a bit of salt.
Cook each side for a few minutes just until they turn golden brown.
Transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven and bake the Bacon Wrapped Chicken Strips for about 15 to 17 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

You can use an oven-proof pan for this recipe if you do not have a cast-iron skillet.
