Cooking Spray
3 tablespoons 2% milk
8 Eggs, you may also use egg substitute or Egg whites
1 ½- 7.5 ounces cans buttermilk biscuits
8 slices centre-cut bacon, uncooked
Salt & Pepper
5 slices American cheese made with 2% milk (or use ¾ c reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese)

Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Transfer the batter into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
Slice the American cheese into small pieces.
Remove the dish from the oven, then top it with the cheese and bacon.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
