Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 ½ c. mozzarella cheese, grated and divided
Fresh chives, snipped, for garnish (optional)

How to make Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the milk, bacon soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large pot. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 3: In half, break the spaghetti and stir this into the pot once the mixture is bubbling. Adjust the heat to medium-low and cook the spaghetti for about 8 minutes, stirring often.
Step 4: Next, add 2 c of the mozzarella and half of the bacon. Stir well. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, transfer the mixture and top with the rest of the mozzarella and bacon. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the top is beginning to turn golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and allow the Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti to sit for about 5 minutes. Before serving, garnish with some fresh chives. Enjoy!
