Ingredients:
1 (32-ounces) package frozen tater tots
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
¾ c cooked chopped bacon
1 (16-ounces) container sour cream
1½ lb. ground beef
1 (10.75-ounces) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Put a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Remove any accumulated grease.
In a mixing bowl, add browned beef, sour cream, bacon, tater tots, cheddar cheese, and cheese soup. Stir until well blended.
Transfer everything into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Put it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Note:
You can use turkey bacon for this recipe instead of pork bacon.
