Awesome indeed! These Baked Pork Chops are so insanely delicious! 2 and a half hours of cooking time is so worth it! Serve them with some veggies on the side, and you have yourself a perfect meal!
Ingredients:
1⁄2 c milk
1⁄3 c white wine
1⁄4 c all-purpose flour
6 pork chops
1 tsp seasoning salt
2 c Italian-style breadcrumbs
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Clean the pork chops by rinsing them with water. Use paper towels to pat them dry.
Sprinkle seasoning salt and garlic powder over the pork chops, then rub each until well coated.
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, then beat until smooth.
Coat each pork chop with flour, then into the beaten eggs. Coat each with bread crumbs as well and shake off any excess.
Place a medium skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the pork chops into the hot skillet, then cook each side for about 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Move the pork chops into a 9×13-inch baking dish and arrange them in a single layer.
Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about an hour.
Meanwhile, add milk, white wine, and cream of mushroom soup into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and spread it evenly.
Put them back inside the oven and bake for 30 more minutes with a foil cover.
Remove the pork chops from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
