I love this for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner! Yes, kind of weird to eat this for lunch and dinner, but it works for me. Anyway, you will love every bite of this luscious and healthy sandwich. Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. You can also add bacon for extra flavour. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large eggs large eggs
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 slices Italian bread
1-ounce Swiss cheese, sliced
1-ounce Cheddar cheese, sliced
½ ripe avocado, sliced
Directions:
Step 1: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add oil and allow it to heat through.
Step 3: Add crack eggs into the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4: Flip the eggs and cook for another 2 to minutes or until done.
Step 5: Remove the eggs and place them on a clean plate and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: Brush butter on one side of every slice of bread.
Step 7: Put the skillet back to the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 8: Place the buttered slices of bread. Place Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, 1 fried egg each bread, avocado, and the rest of the buttered slice bread.
Step 9: Flip the sandwich gently and cook for another 3 minutes or until toasted.
Step 10: Place the sandwich on a clean plate and cut them into two.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can always add more ingredients to the sandwich if you wish.
You can also use your preferred kind of bread and cheese for this recipe.
