Ingredients:
1 c milk
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 can (540 mL/20 ounces) apple pie filling
1 container Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
A pinch of salt
Cooking spray
Topping:
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ c brown sugar
Vanilla Glaze:
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
½ c powdered sugar
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in an 8-inch square baking pan.
Slice the cinnamon rolls into small pieces.
Lat the cinnamon rolls on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish and arrange them in a single layer.
Add the apple pie filling on top of the rolls and spread it evenly.
Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, eggs, and milk into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Add the mixture over the apple pie filling and spread it evenly.
For the Topping:
In a bowl, add cinnamon and brown sugar. Whisk until well blended.
Sprinkle the mixture over the egg mixture. Cover with foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove the foil cover and bake for another 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the vanilla glaze on top.
