Fall is fast approaching and I can’t wait to bake this amazing Cheesecake again! I really can’t say more about this cake rather than it is perfect! The combination of all the flavors is so comforting that you would wish it is Fall! I have listed all the directions and ingredients but feel free to give your taste. Are you excited for Fall yet? Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups apples – peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
⅓ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add in the ½ cup of finely chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Press the mixture on the bottom part of the pan.
Step 4: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 5: In another large mixing bowl, add in ½ cup of sugar and cream cheese. Stir at medium speed until well mixed and the texture becomes smooth.
Step 6: Add in the eggs one at a time and beat until well blended with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 7: Add in the vanilla and stir until well blended.
Step 8: Transfer the mixture into the pan with the baked crust.
Step 9: In a small mixing bowl, add in ½ teaspoon for cinnamon and ⅓ cup of sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 10: Add in the sliced apples and coat them with the mixture.
Step 11: Transfer the apple mixture on top of the cream cheese layer then sprinkle about ¼ cup of chopped pecans.
Step 12: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until nicely baked.
Step 13: Remove the cake from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack.
Step 14: Run a knife on the sides of the pan to remove the cake.
Step 15: Place inside the fridge for at least 10 minutes to chill.
Step 16: Serve and enjoy!
