Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
1-¾ cup sugar
3 Eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large apples, chopped
½ cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
Add eggs, sugar, and oil into a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, add flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Whisk until well mixed.
Transfer the flour mixture into the sugar mixture, then beat until well mixed.
Add the apples, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
