I love the crusty top of this cake and the apple bits on every bite. It is a wonderful cake that you can easily whip up with just pantry staples. I have made this Apple Cake many times already and it never disappoints.
This is a good friends’ recipe. She handed me her recipe before she took off. Now, she is travelling the world to write. It’s her dream and I am very happy that she was able to reach it. She’s my inspiration and I thank her every day for all the amazing recipes and wonderful experiences she never fails to share. Like this simple but crazy good Apple Cake. No fancy or hard-to-find ingredients nor heavy equipment needed, just mix, sift, pour, and bake. I love how she adores straightforward recipes. We both go for recipes that we can make without a fuss and with just a few simple, readily available ingredients.
If you love apples or simply hate wasting food, this recipe is for you. Never have to worry about rotting apples on the counter anymore and turn them into a decadent dessert!
