Ingredients:
12 oz egg noodles
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 c frozen peas
20 oz cream of mushroom soup
20 oz cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
2 c crumbled bread (or panko bread crumbs)
3 tbsp butter melted
Directions:
Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook until brown. Discard any excess grease.
Add the cooked noodles, brown beef, soups, sour cream, and peas into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Add melted butter and breadcrumbs into a small mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Sprinkle over the mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place the casserole inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for another 20 minutes or until the top turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
