How to make Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a baking sheet.
Step 2: In the meantime, warm up the potatoes and stuffing,
Step 3: Place the stuffing and turkey in a large bowl. Season with black pepper. Mix well until just blended, then shape the mixture into balls, firmly pressing them down.
Step 4: Onto the prepared baking sheet, arrange the balls. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and transfer the turkey stuffing balls to a plate, then coat with hot gravy. Enjoy!
Notes:
For this recipe, you can just mix equal parts of mashed potatoes and stuffing, then half of the shredded turkey. No real measurements are required.
I also coat the balls in seasoned panko and lightly fry them in butter and grapeseed oil. Make sure to use room-temperature ingredients. Shape the mixture into balls, then coat them with panko.
If the balls ended up super soft, you can place them in the fridge for a bit before frying.
