Ingredients:
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil (approximately)
Fresh lemon wedges
1 lb. (454 g) broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli.
Drizzle olive oil all over the broccoli, then toss it until well coated.
Sprinkle garlic powder, pepper, and salt over the broccoli. Toss again until well coated.
Place the broccoli into the Air Fryer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 190 degrees C or 380 degrees F. Make sure to turn the broccoli about 3 times while cooking to cook all sides.
Place the cooked broccoli on a clean serving plate.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
