Brunch for champions! This dish will surely light up your day. I love preparing and serving this because usually, I don’t have time eating lunch at work. You will still be full pretty much the whole day after eating this full-packed meal! The ingredients I have included do not necessarily complete the whole recipe. Feel free to add more if you want. For example, sometimes I top a slice of this with egg. Oh, man, it’s the best! Serve this with your favourite cup of coffee and you have yourself a meal to remember! I hope you all love and appreciate this simple yet delicious recipe. Until next time. Enjoy!
