Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounces) can sweeten condensed milk
⅓ cup butter
2 teaspoons rum flavouring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, or to taste
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
1 cup walnut pieces
Directions:
Step 1: Apply cooking spray or butter in a 9-inch square pan.
Step 2: In a microwavable bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, ⅓ cup of butter, and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Place inside the microwave and allow the chocolate to melt for 3 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Step 4: Add in the vanilla extract, nutmeg, and rum flavouring. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Add in the walnut pieces and cranberries.
Step 6: Transfer and spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Step 7: Place inside the fridge to chill and set for 8 hours to overnight.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
If you do not have cranberries, you can use dried apricot pieces instead or any dried fruit.
If you are using fresh nutmeg, you will only need a little of it.
