Ingredients:
2 pounds sausage links diced into 1-inch pieces
2 pounds potatoes washed and diced into chunks
1 large onion sliced (optional)
6 to 12 garlic cloves optional
1 can cream of chicken soup
¾ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Step 1: Brush butter or spray with cooking spray a crockpot.
Step 2: Add the onions, potatoes, and sausage.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the soup, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared crockpot.
Step 5: Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
Freezer Meal:
Step 1: In a resealable bag, add the onions, sausage, and garlic. Toss until well mixed.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the soup, Worcestershire, and broth. Stir until well mixed then transfer it into the sausage mixture.
Step 3: Release the air from the bag and put a note that says you need to add potatoes in it.
Cook Freezer Meal:
Step 1: Place inside the fridge overnight.
Step 2: Brush with butter a crockpot.
Step 3: Add the diced potatoes to the bottom of the pot.
Step 4: Pour in all the mixtures.
Step 5: Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours or until the potatoes are soft and tender.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
NOTES:
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in ¼ cup of water for a thicker sauce. Stir into the pot for about 30 minutes right before you serve.
Turn the heat to high and cook until thick.
Season with more garlic powder, salt, and pepper for additional flavour.
