Juicy, soft, and luscious chicken thighs! This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was just a kid. My Grandma used to make this for us whenever we visited her and Grandpa! It kind of resembles the taste of the famous Filipino food, Chicken adobo. The only difference is you use a slow cooker to tenderize the chicken to perfection. I love both recipes, but this one has a very special place in my heart. This will probably be one of the easiest recipes that you will ever try. Feel free to tweak it a little and give it your take. For example, I think adding soda will make this extraordinary! It will also help tenderize the chicken more. Give this one a try and I hope that this simple recipe will bring a smile on your faces today. Enjoy!
