You will surely love these sprouts! I’ve been a fan of this recipe since I was in college. My roommate and I used to make these whenever we had a chance to cook despite our hectic schedule. We love to eat these sprouts with Chinese take-out! Yeah, for some reason, it was a great side dish for us. It’s very easy and simple to prepare. All you need to do is to let the oven do the work. Drizzle it with balsamic vinegar and honey, and you are good to go! As easy as that, you have a meal to remember. Try it and enjoy every bite!
Ingredients:
1-pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon good quality balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 435 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are coated well with the oil and seasonings.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the lined baking sheet. Spread them evenly on the bottom of the sheet.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and roast for 30 minutes. Flip the sprouts after 15 minutes to roast the other side.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack.
Step 7: Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar. Toss until the sprouts are coated well with the sauce.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
