If you are going to have a barbecue, burger, or steak, this is the perfect side dish for that! Instead of the usual French fries or mashed potatoes, why not take the potatoes to the next level? This recipe is very easy so you can pull it off. All you need to do is to place all the ingredients in a resealable bag, shake it, transfer into a baking sheet, and let the oven do its magic! Easy right? While you grill the meat, leave it in the oven. By the way, I usually do not need a dipping sauce for this but if you do, try mixing mayonnaise with ketchup and sprinkle parsley or green onions. As simple as that! I hope you all love this simple recipe. Enjoy!
