Have you ever been in a food coma? I just had one after eating this amazing dish! The creaminess of this noodle recipe is awesome. It will take you about 6 hours to prepare and cook but it will be worth it, I assure you! Give this one a try and enjoy the sauce, noodles, and the meat! Oh man, you are in for a treat!
Ingredients:
2 pounds sirloin tips, cubed
½ yellow onion, chopped
2 (10.75 ounces) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
½ cup red wine
1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix
2 (16 ounce) packages egg noodles
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 2: Add in the beef sirloin tips and saute’ together with the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the beef is cooked and the onion is translucent.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add in the milk, mushroom soup, and red wine. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the skillet and stir until the beef is coated with the sauce.
Step 5: Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 hours or until the beef tips are soft and tender.
Step 6: Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4 hours or until the beef breaks apart.
Step 7: Place a large pot on the stove and pour in water and sprinkle salt.
Step 8: Turn the heat to high and bring it to a boil.
Step 9: Add in the egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente’. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 10: Use a ladle to scoop the beef tips on top of the egg noodles.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
