When you have a child who loves eggs, you may want to try this. An easy recipe for the perfect hard-boiled egg. Before I used to just boil them, drain, and peel when the eggs are not too hot to handle. Call that the lazy egg. But when I read about this, I figured everything I did was wrong. And I have to say goodbye to my so-called lazy eggs. I make my ramen (thanks to a friend who shared the recipe with me) and this egg recipe has been a great help. We don’t want undone eggs, we want our eggs to be just perfect and it makes a big difference. My kid even noticed the first she laid her hand on them. Said the egg is different from before. It’s just eggs but hey we always want what’s best for our family. And eggs are no exception. All those dishes I make with hard-boiled eggs are never the same! Use these tips to have that creamy yolk and beautiful egg white. One bite and you’ll know the difference. Another thing, when cooking the eggs, make sure to not overpacked your saucepan.
Ingredient:
6 large eggs eggs
Directions:
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the eggs. Add in some cold water enough to barely cover the eggs.
Step 2: Bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water started simmering, turn the heat off and cover the pan.
Step 3: Allow it to sit for at least 17 minutes and don’t peek!
Step 4: Drain and pour some cold water over the eggs. Then, drain and pour in again some cold water. Allow sitting for about 20 minutes until the eggs are cool.
