If you are not a fan of salad without meat in it, then this is salad the suits your taste! It is a combination of greens, eggs, and greasy bacon. How awesome is that? It is a complete meal that you will surely crave for every time!
Ingredients:
6 large eggs eggs
1 pound bacon
2 bunches fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
4 medium (4-⅛″ long)s green onions, thinly sliced

¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup white vinegar
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Directions:
Step 1: Place a saucepan on the stove and pour in enough water to submerge the eggs. Turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add in 6 eggs and allow the water to boil.
Step 3: Once the water has boiled, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes, covered.
Step 4: Remove the eggs from the hot water and let it sit on iced water to stop the cooking process. Peel and slice into small cuts.
Step 5: Pace a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 6: Add in the bacon and cook until greasy and crispy.
Step 7: Remove the crispy bacon and crumble into small pieces. Set aside about ½ cup of the grease.
Step 8: In a large mixing bowl, add in green onions and spinach. Toss to mix the two ingredients.
Step 9: Put the reserved bacon grease back to the skillet and turn the heat to low.
Step 10: In a small mixing bowl, add in the rest of the eggs, white vinegar, sugar, and red wine vinegar. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 11: Add in the mixture into the skillet with bacon grease and whisk until thick for about a minute.
Step 12: Pour in the mixture into the spinach and bacon mixture. Toss to coat the ingredients completely.
Step 13: Top with the chopped egg.
Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
