Ingredients:
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups white sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
