Ingredients:
(1) (16 oz) package pound cake mix
(1) egg
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
(1) (16 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 (14 oz) can sweeten condensed milk
(2) large eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Add and beat cake mix, an egg, butter, and 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice until crumbly on low with an electric mixer in a large bowl. Put the mixture into the bottom of a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan.
Beat the cream cheese in another bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, (2) eggs, 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Add and pour pumpkin mixture over cake mix crust and sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake until set for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate until chilled. Cut into bars.
