My new favorite food is sesame noodles. Most recipes call for spaghetti, but I wanted to try something different, so I used ramen noodles instead. I love them because they soak up the sauce so well that every bite is full of flavor!

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp sesame oil
¼ c. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 packs of ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
2 green onions, green tops, sliced thin
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce, plus more for garnish
How to make Easy Sriracha sesame noodles
Step 1: Place the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, Sriracha sauce, and dark brown sugar in a small bowl. Mix well until blended and set aside.
Step 2: Cook 2 packs of dried ramen noodles in a medium-size pot with boiling water over high heat until done.
Step 3: Once done, drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Over the warm noodles, pour the sauce and toss well until the noodles are all soaked up.
Step 4: Then, add the sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Stir well. If desired, drizzle the noodles with extra Sriracha.
Step 5: Serve right away. Enjoy!
