Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
14 oz. pork or chicken sausage, sliced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 medium-sized zucchini, sliced
½ bunch of asparagus, sliced into thirds
2 medium-sized yellow squash, sliced
2 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
HOW TO MAKE CAJUN SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE VEGETABLE SHEET PAN
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Place the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, bell pepper, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Then, drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Toss well.
Step 3: Onto a sheet pan, pour the contents of the bowl and spread. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the shrimp is opaque and the veggies are tender.
