½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1” Ginger thumb size, fresh, chopped
1 Large Bell Pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
⅓ c. Fresh Orange Juice

How to make Easy Orange Chicken Stir Fry
Step 1: In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and season with garlic powder, chili flakes, sea salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken while stirring often, until cooked through and golden brown. On a plate, transfer the chicken and set aside.
Step 2: Add the rest of the oil to the same skillet. Add the ginger along with the bell pepper and onion. Stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3: Place the orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Mix well until blended. Over the stir-fried vegetables, pour the mixture and stir well, deglazing the pan to release the brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
Step 4: To the pan, add the chicken and spoon the sauce over. Continue to cook for a couple of minutes more until completely heated.
Step 5: Serve the Orange Chicken Stir Fry immediately, garnished with some sliced scallions, sesame seeds, and slices of orange. Enjoy!
