Ingredients
1 c. cooked chopped chicken
1½ tablespoons ranch mix
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
¾ c. chopped cooked bacon
4 or 5 (10-inch) large burrito tortillas
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
HOW TO MAKE CRACK CHICKEN PINWHEELS
Step 1: Combine the softened cream cheese, ranch powder, cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, bacon, and chicken until well blended. If desired, add extra milk.
Step 2: On each tortilla, evenly spread about ¼ c. of the chicken mixture.
Step 3: Gently and tightly roll the tortilla to make sure it holds together and stays in shape.
Step 4: Place the pinwheels in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes to firm up the softened cheese.
Step 5: After thirty minutes, remove the pinwheels from the fridge and cut off the ends. Into 1-inch slices, cut the pinwheels.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
You can make these pinwheels ahead of time and keep them in the fridge overnight. Before serving, slice the pinwheels.
