HOW TO MAKE BEEFY KING RANCH CASSEROLE
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. When done, drain the excess grease. Then, add the taco seasoning along with water. Stir well and let everything simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the water is almost fully absorbed.
Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk the soups, onions, tomatoes, Cheez Whiz Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, and tomato. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Set aside when done.
Step 4: Place enough crushed tortilla chips into the prepared baking pan to cover the bottom. On top of the chips, spread half of the taco meat and pour over half of the Rotel mixer. Then, sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat with the rest of the cheddar cheese and mozzarella.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly. Enjoy!
